REVAMPING ALUMINIUM HEAT TREATING FURNACE 32T
The plant consists of two chambers and a quenching vessel. In the first chamber the solubilization is performed. In the quenching vessel the solubilization is performed with an automatic handling. In the second chamber age hardening is performed.
We also performed the complete reconstruction of the supervision and handling system.
Implementing various functions of the loop optimizations such as:
- Thermocouples security;
- Turning off unneeded parts in various works;
- Reporting of energy consumption such as gas and energy;
- Combustion optimization;
- Remote assistance system via ADSL.
