New rolling mill furnace
In collaboration with the company File, we have installed a Rolling mill furnace in Honduras.
20tph billets heating pusher furnace for billets lenght 12mt, operating at heavy oil.
The furnace is equipped of:
– 7 burners hot air with a tube bundle recovery system
– 4 burners in the heating zone
– 3 burners in the standardization zone
The plant has an automatic combustion regolation system, a supervision and a continuosly remote control.
From our office we can control the furnace and support in very short time the internal maintenance.
