THE NEW DP1700 DROSS PRESS HAS BEEN INSTALLED AND TESTED WITH EXCELLENT RESULTS.
With the new programs and the new format, the DP1700 dross press can achieve a result of 35% recovery of the aluminum content.
The alloy tested is 6060
The work cycles were designed and inserted by our process engineer who boasts thirty years of experience in the aluminum foundry for billets and ingots.
The new press, in addition to a revisited look, is also equipped with a suction filter system for collecting fumes.
The electrical panel developed by ELETTRO2000 is interfaced with the company server to comply with INDUSTRY 4.0 requirements
