MCC Boards

The consolidated experience of Elettro2000 in metallurgy, and not only, has led over the years to develop a type of switchboard called MCC, particularly suitable for motor starting.

The main advantage of these switchboards is that all the drives are splitted into drawers which allow the rapid detection of the consumption and the maximum maintenance safety for the operator.
The main advantage of this kind of MCC boards is that all the drives are divided into drawers in order to allow a rapid identification of the user and ensure maximum operator’s safety during maintenance.
This MCC boards (Motor Control Center) are designed, constructed and assembled according to the types of starter requests to the motors, depending on the load.
Each drawer has a disconnect with the option of also the remote control absorption. The MCC boards are fully customizable in every aspect and are normally constructed from form 3 to follow.

These switchboards are realized by us through a system of coupled columns and can be:

  • A simple front (with drawers placed only on the front face of the MCC, which can be placed against the wall)
  • A double-faced (with drawers placed both on the front and the back of the boards itself).

The framework has certified in according to CEI EN 61439-1, IEC 61439-1, CEI EN 61439-2, IEC 61439-2 until a 3200A. On request we are also able to perform them with UL and CSA certifications.
